I am amazed at how quickly things can change the out look you have in life. I have also learned that the grass always looks greener on the other side but sometime the grass is actual brown and yucky on the other side. I am looking forward to the next change . I know that this only make since in my brain. I am thankful to my husband who always love me and stand by my side.
Soccer April 13, 2009
We signed Alden up to play soccer this spring. He has been so excited about it, well he had one game and 2 practices. It just keep raining. We are very blessed to get rain but could it rain on other days besides Mondays and Saturdays. Oh well! He has had a great time when he has gone. It’s been a wonderful experience so far.
Easter Eggs April 10, 2009
I love to coloring or dying Easter Eggs. We always died Easter Eggs when I was young and I never stopped. I still colored Eggs before Alden was born. Since Alden was born we stared coloring on Easter weekend. My favorite Egg color is pink need I say more. Alden’s favorite color gold (yellow) he thinks that it is cool. What is your favorite Easter tradition ?

I love spring in Atlanta because you just don’t know what you will get. This week has been crazy. On Sunday Alden wore his shorts to Church. On Tuesday it snowed. ( just a little) Today it is going to be 70ish again.

March has been a very busy month and it’s not over yet. I had my Spring Break. Derek and I spent a few days in Savannah. We had a great time. Alden started soccer this month. We have been busy with Church stuff too.

We have been very busy just like everyone else. We have had a great new year. In January we did the following things: Feed Georgia Tech CCF, Manged 2nd Grade Skate Night for Sarah Smith , Celebrated Meghan’s 30 Th Birthday! Derek went to Florida , My class did a program @ School, Alden’s Family Birthday Party, Alden’s Birthday with his friends, We visited the High. Then came February. We had not been as busy this month. We have had 2 baby showers, scrap book day @ CCB, Ian ’s 30 Th Birthday. Bingo night at school. and many fun things to come.
Things are well at Church also we have been so blesses @ CCB. We will celebrate her 5th Birthday this week.

Vegi Soup
1- Can of each the following green beans, corn, carrots, diced potatoes
1- Large can of V8 juice
1 LB of ground beef browned and drained
Mix all the items together and put in your crock pot for 8 hours.
